OTIS Energy Saving And Emissions Reduction Startup

A program concerning to the problem of the public building space named “OTIS Energy Saving And Emissions Reduction” start up on the 40th World Earth Day (22nd Apr. 2009). It was supported by the “Taida Save Energy and Reduce Consumption Environment Protection Special Fund”.
The program will ask for the public’s participation, including volunteers, experts, customs, enterprises, media and public servants teams. Students form over 50 universities will have the training, and then take the tasks of finding out and solve the existent problem of the public buildings. They need to collect the data information, analysis and find the reason, research and diagnose with experts, offer the improvement plan, and discuss with clients to get the final implementations way in order to plug up holes and save the cost.
